Open Market Valuation

An Open Market Valuation is not a survey.

It is a limited check on the property that your mortgage lender carries out to ensure it’s worth the money they’re lending you and is the minimum requirement for lending purposes.

We provide these, and suggest that a full survey is also done, as if there are any general or more specific problems with the property, these are not covered in the open market report.

It makes sense to know exactly what you are buying.
